Objective

Our client is a Healthcare company that unities a set of clinics with different directions in healthcare. The client’s company was founded by a successful doctor who recognized that existing practice management and marketing tools did not work together to help practices, practice groups, and hospitals move their business ahead.

The target was to build a set of tools that address ongoing challenges for practices, namely:

  • Increase profitability in a sustainable manner
  • Enhance patient satisfaction
  • Improve business performance
  • Streamline workflow tasks to improve productivity

Challenge

The client is a medical and software company that owns All-in-One Practice Management Solution.

A suite of real-time task management patient scheduling, and insurance verification solutions that help track every step of the revenue cycle management.

The main client problem was to find a correct vendor that can understand his requirements and business domain. The main request to the engineering team was to understand the business domain and its specifics.

As the client is not a technical person and his main business is medicine, he required a trusted vendor to cover the engineering side. The client required a full engineering cycle that leads from idea to implementation and includes design, development, testing, and support.

Solution

A remote In-Sourcing team was formed to support the client’s requirements and work on the Health Portal project. The team built a set of services that form the final solution.

Our team created a platform that provides equal access for patients and providers. Patients can register, manage profile settings, add and edit medical info, and upload documents. The symptom checker provides an analysis of symptoms based on diagnostic patterns.

The interoperability feature allows one to get medical info by request for information from another provider and uploading patient info from outside. Care plan recommendations based on guidelines – insurance guidelines. Booking appointments based on chosen provider availability. The remote In-Sourcing model helped Rockers Team to work in close collaboration together with the client. Its unique integration model provided the team with the most efficient collaboration way.

The Rockers Team assisted the Client in launching a digital business alongside their medical endeavors.

The team developed the client’s digital business from the ground up, managing every aspect from conception to execution. Previously, the client’s attempts to establish the system were unsuccessful due to the inadequate expertise of former vendors. The newly implemented system now serves 5 million people annually, and this figure is on the rise.

Eight months post-project initiation, the first version of the system was rolled out. It has since been receiving ongoing updates and enhancements.
