Project Cancellation

Clients may request the cancellation of a project by submitting a written notice to Rockers Team Technologies. We understand that circumstances may change, and we are prepared to discuss potential complexities or concerns prior to considering a refund as a resolution.

Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy encompasses services, assets, and resources directly provided by Rockers Team Technologies. It does not extend to third-party services, licenses, or fees associated with them.

Refund Categories

Full Refund: In instances where a project has not been initiated despite acceptance, clients are entitled to a full refund upon providing a written cancellation request.

Partial Refund: Should a project be partially completed, a proportional refund will be calculated based on the milestones achieved, deducting from the initial payment made.

No Refund: Once a project reaches completion and is deployed, no refunds will be issued.

Processing Refunds

Following the approval of a cancellation, Rockers Team Technologies will initiate the refund process within a standard timeframe of five business days, utilizing the original payment method for reimbursement.

Modification of Policy

Rockers Team Technologies reserves the right to alter the Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
